Effective and deeply impactful group sessions based on the Body & Mind Language® technique, offering a dynamic and playful energy during the sessions. These are perfect for team development on all levels in any type or size of organisations, as well as groups of individuals that would like to experience a more dynamic setting.

My promise: whether you are a HR or Learning & Development lead, Team Manager or Head of an organisation - together with this method we bring the team(s) together and facilitate connection on the topic at hand that is way beyond anything experienced. Even high performing teams can benefit from this approach. The value add is the combination of all human aspects, not only speech sitting around a conference table. You get to move ... not only your vision, strategy and objectives.

For Team connection & performance, (personal) Leadership, Change Management (PROSCI certified Change Practitioner), and many other topics depending on your needs (AJ Smart certified Workshopper Master).

As a team manager myself, I led teams in various functions from a couple of members to an organisation of up to 50 colleagues, from small and medium-sized Hospitality businesses to Multinational commercial enterprises in the Bio-Pharma industry.

This experience, in combination with quite some techniques and knowledge acquired with various certifications, I like to combine to help facilitate the current situation needs. 

My Promise: together we build a clear path forward with engagement by everyone involved, not matter what the goal of the workshop or session is. 

• HOST & GUEST SPEAKER:
  

Provides an inviting, loving presence who connects people hands-on ... or heels-on if desired 👠😊 - my alter Ego Céline Delatour offers the extra spark to your event.

This offering can for example include a short 1 - 1.5 hour long Group Hypnosis session based on the QHHT technique to offer personal insights beyond the logical mind. 

My Promise: as former hospitality professional, I always host with my passion to make people feel welcome. In combination with my commercial experience and now coaching profession, I am able to move in various environments, engage and connect with heart and soul.
